Prior to setting up Catch in 1999, Jeremy co founded and ran SBA, a successful ERP Consultancy focused on the delivery and support of ERP products for major organisations. Having lead and managed a number of large Dynamics AX projects, in the UK and Europe, Jeremy has been able to transfer this product and market knowledge into Catch thereby creating a unique talent and knowledge base unrivalled in the recruitment market. As a director of Catch, Jeremy operates primarily on the strategic side, ensuring that product trends/opportunities are identified and their impact reflected in Catch’s growth plans.

 

 

With a career in the computer industry spanning over 20 years, Andy was one of the first employees to join the founders of Computacenter in 1984, where he stayed for over 8 years establishing internal computer systems, capable of supporting their ambitious growth targets. Joining GEAC as a Senior Consultant, Andy has since enjoyed a successful career as an ERP specialist, delivering many implementations to large and medium size UK, and Europe based organisations.

 

Prior to SBA, a successful ERP Consultancy, he co founded in 1996, Andy was IT Director of the UK subsidiary of a global FMCG, responsible for the upgrade of all IT systems and the management of a large team of IT specialists.

 

As co founder and Operations Director of Catch, Andy has responsibility for managing the performance of the front office as well as ensuring that the financial/administrative systems support business and regulatory needs.

 

 

Graham is said to be the most well known and experienced English football referee of all time. His achievements are considerable, including the last FA Cup Final at Wembley stadium in 2000 and the first referee to reach the milestone of refereeing 300 Premier League matches.

 

Prior to his career in football, Graham enjoyed a highly successful sales career in the FMCG marketplace after learning the principles of selling in the business to business world of office equipment with Canon UK Ltd.

 

An excellent communicator and presenter, he quickly progressed to first and then second line management and for 7 years oversaw a rapidly expanding direct sales force at Coty UK alongside his refereeing career. Now retired from the world of professional football, Graham has teamed up with 2 of his former colleagues from previous employer Coty UK, to join Catch as Sales Director, with specific responsibility for determining and executing Catch’s sales growth ambitions
