Our leading client requires a strong 2nd Line Support Consultant
to fill a Helpdesk role.
You will be assisting with resolving IT queries and support issues within the business as well as ongoing project work which currently includes plans to relocate the Data Centre and migrate all sites to Citrix & O365.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an expanding company providing IT services for the Group across multi-site networks consisting of approximately 130 users at 5 geographic locations.
- Windows 7 & 10
- Exchange 2010 migrating to O365
- Server 2008/2012
- Active Directory – Group Policies
- Microsoft Office 2010, 2013, 2016 O365
- Reporting Skills
- Service Delivery/Customer Service/ITIL
- NetEDI Electronic Data Interchange (Amazon, etc…)
- MobileIron, iPhone, Microsoft Lumina
- Motorola Handhelds & Windows Pocket PC
- Jet Reporting
- Phocas or similar
- Assist with resolving IT queries in the business
- Monitor and maintain 90% or above Customer Satisfaction scores
- Resolving software and hardware problems
