For referrals meeting the requirements listed below we are willing to offer a new iPad 16gb with WIFI access in black or white, or for vouchers to the equivalent value (exact value will be decided by Catch and is not negotiable)
- We operate this scheme for permanent placements or contract placements of more than 3 months (contract placements must meet minimum margin requirements as defined by Catch)
- iPad will only be sent once any rebate period agreed with our client has successfully passed OR 3 months of a contract placement has been successfully completed
The person referred must:
- not already have been put forward for the role (where the referral is for a particular role)
- not have been placed by Catch in a permanent role within the previous 12 months of the date of referral
- not be currently working through Catch in a contract role
- not be subject to any previous referral or other benefit scheme operated by Catch
- be placed within 6 months of the date of referral
Catch will make the final decision on whether a referral qualifies for this scheme
