My leading manufacturing focused organisation is looking to appoint a new Manufacturing Product Owner to help lead through a period of change as the organisation undertakes a large-scale digital transformation programme. This person would be the primary point of contact for all manufacturing focused systems within the business. You will be responsible for managing the current set of systems, continuously improving these systems whilst also implementing new, more efficient methods and technologies.

Key Skills & Experience: 

• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Strong manufacturing systems background experience
• Change management experience
• Continuous improvement and demand management experience
• Experience with ERP systems are highly desirable
• Manufacturing processes knowledge high desirable

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage all systems products used in the manufacturing processes
• Select and implement new products and technologies
• Responsible for solution design, roadmaps and lifecycle management
• Manage relationships with all related suppliers
• Build and maintain a continuous improvement program
• Capture, manager and deliver small change requests
• Manage opex budget and costs associated within manufacturing systems
• Develop, implement and maintain an application support model for manufacturing systems

Location: Leicester
