Our leading global organisation is seeking a Dynamics CE Product Owner to join their busy Digital Strategy department to work with their sales, marketing and operational leaders to implement Dynamics 365 CE.

As the Product Manager for Enterprise Systems, you will play a pivotal role in the development and management of our suite of enterprise software solutions. The successful candidate will be comfortable collaborating with different organisational layers and coordinate with business and technology teams defining, planning, and refining the work to be completed to achieve them. The position requires a deep understanding of Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platforms, Azure, Portals, B2B integrations, process automation, and AI technologies.

This is a hybrid role with 1-2 days per month on site.

Key skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Systems or related field
• 5+ years’ experience working within agile teams and knowledge of Kanban, Lean and Scrum
• 5+ years’ experience in product management
• Experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, Azure preferred
• Be a strong team player and active listener
• Strong communication skills at all levels

Main Responsibilities:

• Partner with the business to help them develop the vision, their processes, data, governance etc. specifically around Sales and Marketing, Account Management, Lead and Opportunity Management, Pipeline Management.
• Backlog grooming, coordination between business and delivery. Prioritise, organise, and sequence the work, etc.
• Create high level design and map business needs to MS Dynamics solution capabilities
• Work with leadership to ensure product aligns with organisational properties and strategy
• Define and agree areas of focus and investment
• Quarterly PI planning with Enterprise Systems Delivery Manager and Head of PMO
• Understand configuration based and customisation based solutions
• Collaborate with business functional teams and leaders to define, design, accept, adopt, and roll out features
• Work closely with training and change management teams to update training and promote changes
• Work closely with other Product Owners – coach and develop them

Location:  Remote / Manchester
