Our client, a well-established global end user, are seeking a NetSuite System Accountant to join their growing team to assist with a variety of internal NetSuite projects and system functionalities.

The successful candidate will have solid finance/accounting knowledge working with financial ERP software such as NetSuite and if possible will have been involved in implementation or optimisation projects.

Our client are seeking someone who will fit the business culturally as they are a very dynamic team. The ideal scenario would be someone be in their office weekly or bi-weekly although the client is open to negotiation on this point for the right candidate.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or finance, with a focus on financial systems and processes
• 2+ years working within a finance focused NetSuite role
• Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with other data analysis tools

Desirable skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field

• Professional accounting certification, such as ACCA, or CIMA
• Experience in system implementation, upgrades, or conversions
• Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations, such as GAAP, IFRS
• Experience in project management or process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma

Location: Midlands/Hybrid working
