Dynamics CE Functional Consultant – Dynamics CE, Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Functional Consultant, Dynamics CE Consultant, Power Platform, D365 CE, Lead to Cash, D365 F&O, Sales Order – Remote – £500pd outside IR35

Our End User Client is looking for a Dynamics CE Functional Consultant to join them for a 12 month engagement, working closely with the implementation and support team delivering D365  CE. The role is hybrid with 2-3 days per week on site in Edinburgh and has been deemed outside IR35.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in the SME workstream – Lead to Cash/Accounts Receivable Processes
• 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Strong problem solving, analytical and prioritisation skills
• Interpret business requirements and processes and translate them to system functionality

Main Responsibilities:

• Experience with Lead to Cash, Sales Order / Invoice and shared service centre (AR/Collections) processes
• Drive the processes of data cleansing, migration, and validation of the required L2C workstream, from Customer data triangulation, Sales Categories / Product, Credit Management, Open AR invoices and Cash Applications
• Collaborating with Global Process Lead, Operational teams, and Shared Service Centre teams to ensure integrations and migrations into D365 run smoothly
• Drive Change Management
• Deliver training materials and provide end user training
• Provide expert advice to the business in best use of Dynamics 365 functionality
• Investigate problems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, diagnose and perform root causes and resolve issues
• Provide end-user application support on-demand including troubleshooting and resolution

Location: Hybrid/Edinburgh
