D365 Lead-to-Cash Functional Consultant – Dynamics CE, D365, Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, Functional Consultant, Dynamics CE Consultant, Power Platform, D365 CE, Lead to Cash, D365 F&O, Sales Order, L2C, Prospect-to-Cash, P2C, – Remote – Eastern Time – $120-140ph (W2)

Our End User Client is looking for a D365 Lead-to-Cash Functional Consultant to join them for a 12 month engagement and work on their implementation of D365 across the Americas. The role can be completed on a remote basis but candidates need to work to Eastern time.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years’ experience in the Lead to Cash workstream
• Minimum 2+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Experience working with Azure DevOps
• Strong problem solving, analytical and prioritisation skills
• Interpret business requirements and processes and translate them to system functionality

Main Responsibilities:

• Able to translate the business process into system configurations within the global design to fulfill the business requirements at each entity.
• Experience with Lead to Cash, Sales Order / Invoice and shared service centre (AR/Collections) processes
• Drive the processes of data cleansing, migration, and validation of the required L2C workstream, from Customer data triangulation, Sales Categories / Product, Credit Management, Open AR invoices and Cash Applications
• Collaborating with Global Process Lead, Operational teams, and Shared Service Centre teams to ensure integrations and migrations into D365 run smoothly
• Drive Change Management
• Deliver training materials and provide end user training
• Provide expert advice to the business in best use of Dynamics 365 functionality
• Investigate problems with Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules, diagnose and perform root causes and resolve issues
• Provide end-user application support on-demand including troubleshooting and resolution
