Our client, a growing Microsoft Gold Partner are seeking a Partner Development Manager to grow their partnership and partner ecosystem. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Partner who are continuously bringing the best out of their employees and putting you at the heart of the business.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Recent Partner Development/Business Development role
  • A strong and proven track record of forming and maintaining partner relationships
  • Able to develop actionable and realistic plans and a track record of delivering these successfully
  • Experience working in the Microsoft Partner landscape is imperative
  • Experience working with Microsoft would be advantageous 

Main Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential partners who’s objectives and markets and in line with ours
  • Working closely with current partners to drive success and be first poc for partner related queries
  • Working with the business to create a partner recruitment strategy
  • Drive revenue through the development
  • Lead negotiations for partner agreements
  • Provide training on our resources and offerings to best promote our services
