My leading production focused organisation is looking to appoint a new IT Business Partner to help lead through a period of change as the organisation undertakes a large-scale digital transformation programme. This person would be the primary point of contact between the company’s work stream leads and the central IT department.

The key to this role is strong stakeholder management experience, excellent communication skills and ideally a background having managed or been involved in large scale IT focused projects.

Key Skills & Experience: 

• Excellent stakeholder management experience
• Worked in IT focused projects previously
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to develop strategies
• Analytical mind set
• Experienced in delivering IT change projects
• Experience with ERP / Finance systems are highly desirable
• Experience working with Supply Chain / Production / Manufacturing industries highly beneficial

Main Responsibilities:

• Work closely with IT leadership team to support plans, strategies and projects
• Lead and participate in IT / business focused projects and activities
• Represent the needs of the business and central IT team
• Develop and own IT road maps to support both the business and IT functions
• Maintain excellent relationships with Senior Stakeholders within IT and the business
• Take ownership of change needs
• Look to continuously leverage technology within the business
• Improve adoption of IT standards across the business

Location: Loughborough
