Our end user client requires a D365 Senior Functional Consultant with Project Operations module experience to work on their ongoing rollout.

The role can be completed on a primarily remote basis (working to Eastern hours) with some occasional travel within the US.

C2C or W2 is available for this role (no 3^rd party submissions).

Key Skills:

• 5+ years’ experience as D365 functional consultant
• Previous experience implementing Project Operations specifically is essential
• Previous experience implementing Dynamics projects modules in a multi-country environment
• Experience providing support following a D365 FO implementation

Responsibilities:

• Go-live support and resolution of any issues
• Ongoing support work post Go-live
• Prepare and conduct business process analysis
• Set up application for, and conduct, Fit Gap Analysis
• Conduct Key User training and assist with preparation of training materials
• Prepare and conduct business requirements workshops
• Create development design specifications
• System configurations
• Conduct functional, data acceptance and process testing
• Go-live support and resolution of any issues
