IT Change and Release Lead – IT Change and Release Lead, IT Platform, D365, Dynamics, Release and Change, Integration, ISO, ITIL, Release Management, Policies and Procedures, Agile, Scrum, ITSM, Microsoft Standards, Build and Release, IT Integration – Contract – Remote – Burton on Trent – £550 pd, outside IR35

Our client is seeking an IT Change and Release Lead to come on board to own and maintain the IT Change and Release capability across the IT platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in producing Change and Release activity reports to IT and Business Managers, while ensuring all processes are documented, clearly communicated and onboarded. The Change and release Lead will also be responsible for managing the delivery and improvement of the Change and Release Management functions.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong IT Change and Release Management experience
• Ability to drive change activities across the IT function and 3rd parties through change and process improvement methodologies
• Strong experience surrounding Dynamics 365 release and change co-ordination, as well as build and release mechanisms
• Work closely with cross functional teams and 3rd parties to design, develop and integrate IT processes and procedures
• Previous experience in designing and implementing release management processes, policies and procedures in line with ISO, ITIL, Scrum, Agile and Microsoft standards
• Knowledge around ITIL v3/v4 and ITSM, and how to utilise these tools
• Experience working with internal and external stakeholders, including 3rd party vendors
• Ability to critically analyse business situations and drive continuous improvement

Location: Burton on Trent/ Remote with occasional visits to client site
