Our end-user client, a global leader, is looking for a JDE Trainer/Support Specialist to join their Group IT ERP team with a focus on Supply Chain processes. In this role, you’ll work with experienced IT and business professionals, delivering impactful training and support to optimise JDE usage across the organisation.

You’ll play a key role in gathering user feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring seamless adoption of best practices through structured training, documentation, and hands-on support. By actively engaging in ERP support, you’ll develop a deep understanding of operational challenges and contribute to continuous process improvements.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Sciences, IT, or SCM.
  • At least 3+ years of experience in a complex SCM environment or IT Business Consultancy.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle JD Edwards, whether in support, consultancy, analysis, or as a super user.
  • Proven background in system training or advanced key user experience, ideally with “train the trainer” expertise.
  • Basic knowledge of B2B integration (e.g., EDI, B2B commerce, collaboration platforms) is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English (written and verbal).

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging JDE training (both on-site and online) through workshops, key user calls, and detailed instructional materials.
  • Develop and maintain a structured end-user knowledge base, incorporating diverse learning formats such as documents, videos, and e-learning modules.
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to key users, ensuring efficient issue resolution within the framework of the Center of Excellence.
  • Gain a deep understanding of end-to-end SCM processes and translate business needs into effective system usage.
  • Offer structured, practical support on the JD Edwards solution, with a focus on supply chain management (SCM).

Location: Netherlands
