Dynamics F&O Finance Solution Architect  – D365 F&O Solution Architect, D365 F&O Functional Lead, D365 Functional Lead, Functional Lead, Dynamics 365 Functional Architect, Systems Architect, Functional Architect, Finance, Financials, GL, PL, SL, AP, AR, Cash, Bank –Michigan – Permanent – $160-190,000 per annum + package 

 Our client, an IT Solutions provider, is looking for a Dynamics F&O Finance Solution Architect to join them on a full time basis and play a key role in implementations of D365 F&O. This is a great time to join this organisation as they have ambitious growth plans, as well as providing the chance to work on large-scale implementations  of F&O.

Qualifications:

• Experience of implementing D365 F&O within Manufacturing/Production/Distribution organizations
• 5+ years’ experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O Architect
• 5+ years’ experience as a functional SME working with Microsoft Dynamics platforms AX/F&O required
• 3+ years of experience using X++ to implement extended Dynamics features and enhancements required
• F&O/AX module experience required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computing, Accounting, Finance, or related field required

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of business processes that enhance the out of the box Dynamics functionality 
• Effectively promote Dynamics capability within the business ensuring further adoption throughout the business 
• Define training needs within the team and coach other team members 
• Meet and exceed the businesses expectations of business knowledge, skills and behaviour 
• Identify risks and mitigate or communicate as necessary 
• Ensure Dynamics updates are communicated to relevant parties both formally and informally
• Conduct workshops with the users, demonstrate systems, implement solutions, and present to customers
• Assures the quality of the solution and related project deliverables
• Responsible for the proposed solutions by configuring the system according to requirements
• Mentor and coach other team members to ensure their growth
• Mentor and coach clients to ensure adequate internal support is available

Location:  Michigan
