Our client, a leading green tech company, requires a Product Manager to join their product team.  As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in operations, working closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance customer experience and streamline our service offerings. While this position begins with temporarily managing the sales product area during the incumbent’s parental leave, it offers the opportunity for involvement in other strategic roles within the company post-assignment.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • A driven individual with a passion for user-centric product development and a proven track record in product management.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of inspiring teams and articulating complex ideas clearly.
  • A strong technical foundation, with experience in software development and web technologies preferred.
  • An effective problem solver who thrives in collaborative, multifunctional settings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Experience in renewable energy, tech, or a related field is a plus.
  • Develop and gain internal support for the product vision, aligning closely with sales, marketing, and operations to enhance market share and customer satisfaction.
  • Deeply understand customer needs to refine product features, address gaps, and foster innovation.
  • Craft pricing strategies and position our offerings to maximize reach and impact.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance, leading continuous improvement through rigorous testing and feedback.
  • Prioritize initiatives based on business impact and customer value, collaborating across functions to ensure seamless execution.
  • Enhance product communication and marketing strategies in partnership with our marketing leaders, maintaining alignment with overall product strategy

Location:  Lisbon/hybrid
