Our client is looking for a Local Apps Proximity Specialist to support and manage a portfolio of local business applications across the organisation.

You’ll work closely with users, stakeholders and external vendors to improve existing applications and support the transition to wider global solutions

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years experience working with ERP systems ideally within a big business
• Experience as a Product Owner, Application Manager or Business Analyst.
• Confident gathering requirements and understanding business processes.
• Experience managing external suppliers and application support vendors.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience improving, implementing, migrating or retiring business applications.

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and support a portfolio of local business applications.
• Speak with users to understand their needs and gather feedback.
• Work with external suppliers to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
• Manage system updates, improvements, testing and releases.
• Keep stakeholders informed and encourage users to adopt new processes.
• Support data migration and change activities during system transitions.
• Help move teams from local applications to new global systems.

Location: Poland

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
