Our client is looking for a hands-on Director of Enterprise Systems to lead its NetSuite environment and connected business applications across EMEA. The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with direct involvement in system improvements, integrations and business-critical projects within a fast-growing consumer organisation.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the NetSuite environment, ensuring it continues to meet the needs of the business.
• Work closely with teams across the organisation to understand challenges and deliver effective system solutions.
• Lead system improvements, integrations and major change projects from initial planning through to release.
• Remain hands-on throughout delivery, including workshops, configuration, testing and troubleshooting.
• Manage external technology partners while maintaining strong standards around system performance, data quality and user adoption.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on NetSuite expertise, including configuration, troubleshooting and system improvements.
• 8-12 years of NetSuite experience.
• Experience supporting technology across a complex, international business.
• Ability to understand operational challenges and turn them into practical system solutions.
• Proven hands on delivery of system enhancements, integrations, upgrades and implementation projects.
• Good understanding of finance, purchasing, inventory and supply-chain processes.
• Confident working with senior stakeholders, external partners and cross-functional teams.
• Senior leadership experience, combined with a willingness to remain directly involved in workshops, testing and delivery.

Location: London (3 days a week)
