Senior Workday Adaptive Consultant – ERP Integration, Adaptive Insights, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle Essbase / PBCS, Anaplan, Consultant, Senior Consultant, Principal Consultant, Financial Models, ERP Integration, Planning Solutions, SaaS (Software as a Service), CPM Tools – Permanent – Remote – £60,000 – £80,000 + OTE

As a Senior Workday Adaptive Consultant, you’ll support the delivery of world-class planning and reporting solutions across industries — from small businesses to large enterprises. You’ll manage all stages of the project lifecycle — from building advanced planning models to maintaining strong client relationships. You’ll enjoy autonomy in your day-to-day work, so prior experience working independently is essential. The role involves regular travel, including occasional overnight stays.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience building models using CPM tools such as Adaptive Insights, IBM Planning Analytics (TM1), Oracle PBCS, or Anaplan
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and solid understanding of modern IT systems, including cloud and SaaS technologies
  • Commercially aware, client-focused, and self-driven
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team

Desirable:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems and experience integrating financial data is a plus
  • Finance background with experience building and working with financial models (P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of delivering effective, high-quality solutions on time and within budget, with a clear understanding of the client’s goals and expected outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with client stakeholders, ensuring clear communication, proactive risk management, and alignment of expectations throughout the project.
  • Apply strong analytical thinking and sound judgment to solve problems and make informed decisions—collaboration is encouraged when needed.
  • Use your technical expertise and professional insight to quickly assess client needs and propose tailored, effective solutions.
  • Manage your own workload efficiently, handling multiple tasks independently in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
