Overview
Catch Resource Management is looking for a Senior Power Platform Functional Consultant to spearhead enterprise-scale Microsoft Power Platform programmes for a top-tier consultancy. You will lead solution design, own client workshops and pre-sales demos, and guide cross-functional teams through build, test and cut-over. This is a remote-first role with access to offices nationwide for 1-2 days per week when needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Solution leadership: document, propose and debate high- and low-level designs that blend Canvas & Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse, AI Builder and Copilot Studio.
- Delivery ownership: configure and extend Power Platform solutions; oversee near-/off-shore developers and third-party vendors to ensure build quality.
- Programme support: provide functional input across testing, business change, data migration and hyper-care phases.
- Pre-sales & RFPs: plan and deliver compelling demos, scope statements and commercial responses that win new work.
- Microsoft advocacy: act as an internal champion for best practice, governance and reusable accelerators.
- People development: coach and mentor junior consultants, contributing to training assets and the practice’s commitment to excellence.
Required Skills & Experience
- 4 + years’ hands-on delivery of Microsoft Power Platform solutions (Canvas & Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse; AI Builder / Copilot Studio desirable).
- Proven client-facing experience within a Microsoft Solutions or Gold Partner, or large-scale enterprise consultancy.
- Microsoft certifications at associate or expert level – PL-200 minimum; PL-600 strongly preferred.
- Demonstrable expertise running workshops, fit-gap and process-mapping sessions with senior business stakeholders.
- Working knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement modules (Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, Field Service).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to translate technical detail into business value.
- Track record of mentoring or leading small functional teams.
- Public-sector or regulated-industry project experience is a plus.
