Are you an experienced NetSuite Administrator looking to take ownership of a dynamic ERP environment within a growing business? We’re partnering with an established organisation seeking a talented NetSuite professional to join their in-house systems team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation and roll-outs to newly acquired sites alongside enhancing system functionality.

The role would require 2-3 days a week on-site in the client’s office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and configure NetSuite to support evolving business processes.
  • Manage users, roles, permissions, and workflows.
  • Develop saved searches, reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
  • Identify and implement system improvements and automation opportunities.
  • Support data integrity, imports, and basic integration troubleshooting.

Key Skills:

  • A minimum of 2-3 years’ experience as a NetSuite Administrator with solid OneWorld exposure.
  • Solid understanding of ERP systems and business processes, particularly in finance, operations and supply chain.
  • Proficiency in system configuration, workflows, and customisations.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to investigate complex issues and provide innovative solutions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of building relationships across all levels of the organisation.
  • Ability to analysis process flows.
  • NetSuite Administrator Certification is preferred but not essential.
