Change Manager – Change Manager, Business Change Manager, Change Lead, Transformation Change Lead, ERP, D365, SAP, Oracle, JDE, NetSuite, Prosci, Adkar – London – £700-800pd inside IR35
Our end user client is seeking a Change Manager/Change Lead to develop a business change approach and lead the functional impact assessment process. They are about to begin a new implementation of D365 F&O.
To be considered for this position candidates must have experience of change management as part of an ERP implementation.
The role will typically involve working on-site in London 3 days per week
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Change Manager, with a proven track record of success in managing large-scale change initiatives.
- Experience working on ERP implementations is essential.
- Strong understanding of change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci ADKAR, Kotter’s 8-Step Change Model).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Main Responsibilities:
- Partner with project stakeholders to understand the impact of the new ERP system on business processes and user workflows.
- Develop a comprehensive change management plan that addresses stakeholder needs, communication strategies, training programs, and resistance management.
- Conduct stakeholder analysis to identify key influencers and potential resistors to change.
- Develop and deliver clear and compelling communication materials to keep all stakeholders informed throughout the change process.
- Develop strategies to address resistance to change and build user buy-in.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the change management plan and make adjustments as needed.
- Track and report on key change management metrics to project leadership.
