Overview

Catch Resource Management is looking for a D365 Platform Manager to help transform operations and service delivery as part of a global ERP team. As a Platform Manager, your focus will be within the GL Finance operations, driving innovations and efficiencies across Finance, Tax and Reporting teams.

The successful person will have a strong understanding of D365 FO and know how to leverage the system to ensure efficiencies from current and future new features. You will need to have a background in accounting, managing teams and implementation experience of ERP (D365) systems

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years’ experience within a Finance/Product or Technology management capacity
• Deep understanding of MS Dynamics 365 F&O. Experience with secondary systems, ideally Oracle based, would be beneficial
• Finance /Accounting qualifications
• Previous large scale Project Management experience with reach and impact for 1,000+ users
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Guide a cross functional technology team to help deliver new innovations and solutions for the Finance and Operations team
• Strategy: Design and implement a vision and strategy for the overall Finance focused platforms. For example, using technology and systems to optimise monthly, quarterly, and year-end processes by increasing automation and the use of D365
• Project Management: Accountable for delivery and resourcing your defined roadmap and initiatives. Leading the project teams to ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
• Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of existing Finance systems and practices
• Product Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap for D365FO and other systems.
