A leading professional services and consulting organisation is seeking a highly accomplished NetSuite Director to lead complex, client-facing transformation programmes and play a pivotal role in strengthening strategic alliances within the NetSuite ecosystem.
This senior leadership position combines delivery ownership (60%) with alliance and relationship management (40%), sitting at the intersection of programme execution, commercial leadership, and partner collaboration. The role offers clear progression within a rapidly expanding NetSuite practice, driven by continued success in winning new work.
Responsibilities:
- Leading large-scale, complex NetSuite delivery programmes across multiple clients and sectors
- Acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior stakeholders
- Owning commercial delivery models including estimation, budgeting, and resourcing
- Ensuring high-quality, scalable NetSuite solutions aligned to business outcomes
- Driving collaboration between internal Partners and NetSuite sales teams to maximise joint opportunities
- You will operate at both strategic and hands-on levels, shaping delivery standards while strengthening alliance-led growth.
Delivery Leadership (circa 60%)
- Overseeing multiple programme workstreams including testing, training, data, reporting, and change management
- Leading complex business process mapping and solution design workshops
- Managing scope change, impact assessments, and delivery risk
- Driving the use of reusable assets and standardised delivery approaches
- Ensuring successful outcomes across cross-functional delivery teams
Alliance & Strategic Engagement (circa 40%)
- Acting as a senior interface between consulting leadership and NetSuite
- Supporting joint go-to-market initiatives and account planning
- Collaborating with sales teams to identify, shape, and convert pipeline opportunities
- Ensuring strong alignment between delivery capability and market positioning
Key Skills & Experience:
- You have significant NetSuite implementation and delivery experience (minimum 5+ years at a senior level)
- You bring a strong professional background in finance, ERP, or business transformation
- You have deep knowledge across NetSuite modules and solution architecture
- You are experienced in managing complex client relationships and senior stakeholder expectations
- You have proven experience working closely with NetSuite sales teams or alliance functions
- You are comfortable leading multi-disciplinary teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore models
- You can effectively balance delivery leadership with commercial and relationship-driven priorities
