Senior Delivery Manager – ERP, Oracle, SAP, D365, Dynamics365, Program Manager, Delivery Manager, MES, Manufacturing Execution Systems, Manufacturing Applications, Program Lead – Minneapolis – $170-200k

Our global end user client is seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to help drive their multi-year transformation program.

The Senior Delivery Manager is a high-impact leadership role responsible for the end-to-end execution of a global digital transformation. You will translate a complex multi-year strategy into a series of successful, sequenced projects.

The primary focus is the migration from a fragmented legacy landscape to a unified ERP platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution & Governance

• Roadmap Management: Alongside senior IT leadership take ownership of the transformation roadmap, managing the delivery of major global projects.
• Strategy Translation: Convert high-level business goals into technical workstreams and measurable milestones.
• Project Governance: Establish and enforce rigorous delivery standards, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

Leadership & People Management

• Team Development: Lead and mentor a cross-functional team, with responsibility for hiring and scaling the delivery function as the program expands.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with System Integrators (SIs) and 3rd-party consultants, ensuring they meet contractual obligations and quality standards.

Delivery & Operations

• ERP Migration: Lead the phased decommissioning of legacy ERPs and the global rollout of the new solution.
• MES Consolidation: Orchestrate the integration and standardization of MES solutions to ensure seamless shop-floor-to-top-floor data flow.
• Change Management: Work with regional leadership to ensure high user adoption and minimal disruption to manufacturing operations during cutovers.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Scale: Proven experience leading large-scale transformations in organizations with 1,000+ employees.
• Global Reach: Experience delivering complex IT projects across multiple countries and time zones.
• Domain Expertise: A minimum of 10 years in IT project/program delivery, with a heavy focus on ERP (D365, SAP, or Oracle) and MES in a manufacturing environment.
• Legacy Migration: Specific experience managing the migration from legacy systems (e.g., Dynamics AX, older SAP/Oracle versions) to modern cloud-based architectures.

Technical & Professional Skills

• Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Strong financial acumen; experience managing multi-million-pound program budgets.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills—able to influence at the Board level and engage effectively with factory-floor management.

Location: Minneapolis (Hybrid – 2-3 days per week on-site/2-3 days remote)
