A fast growing international EPM consultancy are looking for a Pigment Solution Architect to join their growing team and play a crucial role in delivering high-quality solutions for their clients. You will work closely with businesses across various industries to implement and optimise Pigment’s EPM platform, ensuring seamless integration with their planning and analytics processes.

Candidates must have previous Pigment, Anaplan, OneStream, Board, Jedox, Oracle, Tagetik or other EPM experience.

Key Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience designing and delivering solutions using Pigment EPM or comparable platforms (e.g., Anaplan, Adaptive, Oracle EPM, OneStream, Board).
• Strong expertise in solution architecture, including data modelling, system integration, and enterprise design principles.
• Deep understanding of planning processes (FP&A, workforce planning, supply chain, or similar domains).
• Experience leading complex EPM implementations and engaging with senior stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of data structures, ETL processes, and integration patterns (experience with SQL, Python, or similar is advantageous).
• Ability to define standards, frameworks, and reusable solution components.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business audiences.
• Experience working in remote, multi-project environments.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the end-to-end solution architecture for Pigment EPM implementations.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Pigment models and frameworks.
• Lead solution design workshops with senior stakeholders, challenging and shaping requirements where needed.
• Establish best practices, modelling standards, and governance frameworks across projects.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to consultants and delivery teams throughout implementation lifecycles.
• Oversee data architecture, including integrations with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
• Ensure performance, scalability, and sustainability of deployed solutions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, guiding them on EPM strategy, operating models, and roadmap development.
• Stay at the forefront of Pigment platform capabilities and industry trends to drive innovation.
