As part of an on-going digital transformation programme our market leading, global organisation is looking for a Senior Developer to join their large internal team. As part of a shift to radically modernise their existing technology systems the organisation is now investing heavily into AI solutions and how this can help drive efficiencies and unlock new ways of working.

You will work across the full stack while embedding AI-driven capabilities, including prompt-engineered and data-grounded (RAG-based) solutions, into business applications. Over time, you will contribute to platform design, architectural direction, and engineering standards, with a clear path toward technical leadership.

The role is a full-time permanent position and working on a hybrid basis of 3 days a week in the office.

Qualifications:

Strong hands-on experience with:

• C# / .NET
• React
• Bicep (Infrastructure as Code)
• CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions)
• GitHub workflows
• Containerisation (Docker)
• Prompt engineering for LLM-based solutions (structured prompting, chaining, and output validation)
• Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions into production
• Experience building APIs and microservices
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure
• DevOps, Cloud & Platform Engineering
• AI & Modern Development
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking

Location: Cambridge/Hybrid
