Our end user is seeking a D365 F&O Solution Architect to join them on a full time basis to help with designing and delivering end-to-end solutions across ERP, reporting/analytics, and supply chain execution. The position requires expertise in Advanced Warehouse Management (AWM), Lean manufacturing principles, and Pick-to-Ship process optimization.

You will partner with Solution Architects and Business Analysts to configure D365 SCM modules, implement Lean practices, and build Power BI dashboards for actionable insights. The goal: streamline operations, improve warehouse and production efficiency, and enable data-driven decisions.  

The role can be based remotely in anywhere in the US but will involve travel to sites as part of the rollout.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5+ years of Microsoft D365 or AX2012 ERP experience with focus on Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management
  • Hands-on experience with AWM configuration, Lean processes, & Pick-to-Ship optimization.
  • Experience delivering complex, cross-functional projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Understanding of lean manufacturing principles

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage & Analyze: Collaborate with business stakeholders to document gaps in Pick-to-Ship and Plan-to-Production workflows; identify Lean improvement opportunities.
  • Solution Delivery: Configure D365 AWM features (wave planning, work templates, location directives, containerization) and production flows; integrate with transportation and inventory management.
  • Lean Enablement: Apply Lean principles such as takt time, continuous flow, and waste reduction to stabilize production and improve efficiency.
  • Reporting & KPIs: Develop Power BI dashboards for AWM KPIs (wave processing time, picking efficiency, container utilization) and Lean metrics (OEE, cycle vs. takt).
  • Testing & Adoption: Create test scripts for AWM and production scenarios; facilitate training for warehouse and production teams.
  • Data Governance: Support data migration and ensure integrity across ERP & reporting systems.

Location: US Remote
