D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst

Our client is seeking an experienced D365 F&O Finance Business Analyst to join them on a full time basis.

The role requires strong understanding of finance/accounting processes, as well as hands on D365 F&O configuration experience.

The role can be based remotely in the US but will involve international and domestic travel on a regular basis.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Finance D365 environments
• Elicit, document, and validate business requirements across core finance processes, including:
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Fixed Assets & capitalization
• Project accounting (capex tracking)
• Facilitate workshops across multiple business units and ERP platforms to define current-state and future-state processes
• Strong financial and accounting acumen across complex environments
• Ability to think end-to-end across systems, not just within one ERP
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• High attention to detail, especially around financial data integrity and reconciliation
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, multi-year transformation program
