Germany – Permanent – €90,000 – €100,000 per annum + package 

Our large, ever-growing Microsoft partner client are looking for a Dynamics F&O Technical Solution Architect  to join their European team and assist with D365 projects across Central Europe. If you are based in Germany, it will be fully remote and if you are based in Hungary it will be Hybrid. It is essential for candidates to speak Profession to Bilingual German.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience being in the role of Solution Architect.
• Proven experience as an D365 F&O/ISV Solution Architect.
• In-depth knowledge of D365 F&O and CE, with additional ISV software and systems, such as, Microsoft Dynamics.
• Power platform knowledge and understanding.
• Microsoft Fabric knowledge and understanding.
• Strong understanding of architecture principles and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Project management experience is a plus.
• Relevant certifications are advantageous.
• Fluent in German is essential

Main Responsibilities:

• Solution Design: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable ISV system architectures.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams, ensuring that solutions are designed and built following best practices.
• System Integration: Oversee the integration of D365 system with other applications and data sources, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation.
• Vendor Evaluation: Assess and select appropriate software solutions, and work with vendors to customize and optimize them to meet specific business needs.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and challenges in implementations and develop mitigation strategies.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of the system architecture.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in, Dynamics 365 systems and architecture.
• A Solution Architect’s daily role on a customer project will vary with the size, approach, and phase of the project.
• The assumption is that Solution Architect will be involved in every phase of the project, from Presales to Operations, in different capacities.
