We’re partnering with a global organisation on an exciting transformation journey to become fully AI-enabled, who are now hiring an AI Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in shaping, delivering and continuously improving intelligent solutions.

This role sits at the heart of AI innovation, helping design and optimise agentic bots, automated assistants and customer-facing tools that drive operational efficiency and elevate the customer experience.

This is a remote-based role; however, the successful candidate will need to be based in Eastern Europe.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in AI, automation, digital platforms or customer operations.
  • Strong analytical, documentation and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Exposure to prompt engineering, conversational design or AI systems (training provided if required).
  • Ability to structure business needs into workflows, specifications and actionable documentation.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
  • Operational process design (retail and/or hospitality experience is a plus).
  • Knowledge of enterprise data sources and integrations (e.g. CRM, ERP, web platforms).
  • Experience with customer-facing or ecommerce platforms.
  • Defining and implementing process flows across internal and third-party systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and translating business requirements into clear AI, functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Analysing customer journeys and operational processes to identify automation and AI improvement opportunities.
  • Designing, managing and optimising prompts for AI agents and conversational tools.
  • Building and maintaining high-quality AI knowledge bases aligned with business policies and customer feedback.
  • Producing detailed documentation for workflows, integrations and AI behaviour.
  • Working with technical teams to validate solutions and ensure acceptance criteria are met.
  • Monitoring AI performance and driving continuous improvement through testing, feedback and iteration.
  • Ensuring all AI-related documentation, prompt libraries and training materials remain accurate and up to date.
  • Communicating complex AI concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

Location: Remote – Eastern Europe
