D365 Data & Reporting Consultant – SQL, D365, Dynamics 365, Azure, Reporting, data, data consultant, D365, Reporting consultant, Data Migration, Data Architect, Data Architecture – Reading – Remote – £550-£600 per day, Outside IR35

Our end user client is at the beginning stages of a full D365 F&O transformation programme. They require a D365 Data & Reporting Consultant Architect to join them for an initial 6 month contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major business/systems transformation programme.

The role will be predominantly home based with occasional time on site in Reading.  

Key Skills & Experience:

• Data lake
• D365 R2R – revenue, cost of sales & margin reporting
• Integration – bespoke billing systems
• Integration between bespoke billing systems / data lake / D365
• Data architecture & reporting – Azure data lake, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL Server, Power BI
• Canonical data models, medallion lakehouse architecture
• Experienced data architect working with D365 data lake & financial reporting solutions

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead the SME in ensuring we define and design optimal processes in D365.
• Understand how the financial billing systems work & interface with existing accounting systems
• Work with the subject matter experts to identify & design a D365 solution that uses data lake and custom tables as intermediary accounting and primary reporting layers
• Deliver process diagrams & data lake content architectures
• Act as a checkpoint to partner proposed processes and be prepared to challenge where necessary

Location: Reading & Remote
