Our end user client is looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Consultant to support their AX2012 system ahead of their upgrade to D365 F&O. The role can be completed remotely but candidates need to be based in a state on CST. This is an initial 6-month engagement.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years working with Dynamics AX2012
• Strong knowledge across AX2012 Finance modules
• AX2012 configuration experience
• Must be proactive and a good communicator – able to engage with stakeholders throughout the business to understand AX2012 issues and ensure that these are resolved successfully
• Experience setting up and managing users, access and permissions
• Ability to provide 2^nd and 3^rd AX support

Responsibilities:

• Support and configure AX2012 Finance modules
• Provide 2^nd and 3^rd line support for AX2012 issues
• Proactively work with stakeholders to understand AX2012 issues and ensure that these are followed all the way through to resolution
