OneStream Consultant – EPM, CPM, Financial Transformation, OneStream, Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Oracle EPM, Consolidation, Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting, FP&A, Solution Design, VB.NET, UK, Europe – Remote

As an OneStream Consultant, you will take ownership of client engagements from initial discovery through to deployment and beyond. This is a highly client-facing role where you will act as a trusted advisor to finance and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the full lifecycle of OneStream implementations (design, build, configuration, and deployment)
• Translating business and finance requirements into scalable OneStream solutions (dashboards, workflows, cubes, business rules)
• Running discovery workshops and owning functional and technical specifications
• Designing and managing data integrations and ETL processes
• Supporting testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation optimisation
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, guiding them through change and adoption
• Mentoring junior consultants and contributing to the wider OneStream practice

Key Skills & Experience:

• 2+ years of hands-on EPM implementation experience, with exposure to OneStream
• Strong understanding of financial processes (consolidation, planning, budgeting, forecasting)
• Technical experience with VB.NET, SQL, or similar technologies
• Confident facilitating workshops and engaging with senior stakeholders
• Fluent English
• Willingness to travel for client engagements when required

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• OneStream certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience with Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, Cognos, or Oracle EPM
• Previous consultancy experience or ability to manage multiple projects
