Our client, a boutique and well-respected Microsoft partner, is looking to appoint a D365 F&O Developer to help continue their impressive recent growth. They are looking for someone with a strong technical background and excellent communication skills.

This role demands deep technical expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment

Skills and experience

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with D365 F&O development
  • Proficient in LCS, X++ and Visual Studio for D365
  • Strong understanding of the D365 F&O data model, workflows, and business processes
  • Experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services is a plus
  • Familiarity with SQL Server, SSRS, and integration technologies like OData and REST APIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Key responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement customizations and integrations within the D365 F&O platform
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Optimize and improve system performance and ensure scalability
  • Lead code reviews, establish best practices, and ensure adherence to coding standards
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation
  • Stay updated on new features, updates, and best practices within the D365 F&O ecosystem
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring system reliability and security

Location:  UK remote
