D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant – D365 F&O, Dynamics 365, FinOps, Finance & Operations, Functional Consultant, Functional Analyst, Finance, Financials, Accounting, CPA P2P, Procurement, Procure to Pay, AP, Accounts Payable – US – Remote – $115-135k

Our end user client is looking for an experienced D365 F&O Finance Functional Consultant with strong AP knowledge to work on the P2P workstream of their D365 implementation.

The role can be completed remotely from anywhere in the US.

Key skills & Experience:

  • Proven experience in configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is essential
  • In depth P2P experience in D365 is essential (e.g. Procurement, Accounts Payable)
  • In-depth knowledge of ERP systems, including integrations with third-party tools and data migration strategies.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, project management methodologies, and operational workflows.
  • Experience in leading ERP implementation or enhancement projects.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective solutions.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with experience managing technical teams.
  • Relevant certifications in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the configuration and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and PO modules to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze processes, and provide expert solutions.
  • Design and implement system integrations and workflows, ensuring data consistency and integrity.
  • Oversee system upgrades, patches, and enhancements, maintaining system reliability and performance.
  • Manage and mentor a team of ERP specialists, providing guidance and technical leadership.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation, including user guides, workflows, and configuration logs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to identify pain points and propose effective, scalable solutions.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address issues or optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and best practices.

Location: USA Remote
