Our leading global end user client are actively looking for a D365 F&O Support Analyst to their existing support team. This is a great opportunity to work for a fast-paced and exciting organisation with fantastic opportunities to grow and develop your career within D365.
The client is based in London where the expectations are being office based two days a week.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 1 year+ experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL, Chart of Accounts, Project Management, Sales/Purchase Orders, System Administration)
- A proven track record supporting 1st and 2nd line support on D365
- Basic understanding off accounting concepts like AR/AP/GL
- Experience in problem solving, analysis and support – working autonomously or within a team
- Background in business analysis
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Proven ability to pick up new concepts and technologies
- Experience in Dynamics ISVs and working with third party support teams is desirable
- Creation of User Manual incorporating screen shots and diagrams
- Experience using DEVOPS
- Experience in systems development or design is ideal
- A background or knowledge of IBM iSeries would be advantageous
- Good understanding of Testing and the Testing cycle
- Good English Verbal and written communication skills
- Basic SQL skills
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and document existing and new processes.
- Develop requirements, focusing on the value-add and operational efficiency
- Take ownership of Application Change Requests and involve the appropriate parties to see the request to completion
- Maintain and support Dynamics D365 Finance & Operations
- Investigate and resolve Incidents and Problems relating to the Dynamics 365 F&O and all related systems integrated to the Financial Systems as required
- Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, development teams and end users, through to resolution
- Provide support to internal users across multiple global entities
- Ensure support calls are logged, managed and prioritised, and the resolution is documented using the Support Ticketing System
- Take ownership of user problems, provide information to users on the progress of the outstanding issues
- Redirect or escalate support requests to the appropriate member of staff or to third party support team
- Test and verify any changes and modification made on the system
- Assist with the interim and year end audits
- Create and Maintain User Manuals and Documentation
- Liaise and collaborate with internal local and offshore IT team to resolve issues
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
