Our End User client requires a Trainer to deliver training, develop superusers and identify areas for improvement as part of their transformation program.

Previous experience in leading training activities as part of ERP or IT transformation programs is essential.

This role will require significant travel across the US (up to 75%)

Key Skills & Experience:

• Experienced in Dynamics 365 Training
• Strong understanding of Core Finance i.e. Fixed Assets
• Natural aptitude and personality for training, including ability to speak clearly, organize thoughts while speaking, and control one’s own delivery of information
• Superior critical thinking and problem-solving skills 
• Excellent active listening skills 
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships 
• Highly organized and prepared for each training

Responsibilities:

• Train new employees on Dynamics 365 Finance module
• Evaluate training effectiveness and modify plans as needed

Location:  US Hybrid – 75% travel
