We are looking for a Platform Manager to be responsible for driving innovation and efficiencies across a global platform of D365FO.  You will use your deep knowledge of D365FO and follow current and future trends to ensure that platforms are continuously enhanced and continue to deliver value for the business. An accounting background will be highly beneficial to succeed in this role.

This is a remote-based role; however, the successful candidate will need to be based in either Poland, Hungary, Romania or Czechia.

Key Responsibilities

• Leadership: Inspire and guide a cross-functional technology team. Deliver innovative, high- impact solutions for our finance and operational teams. 

• Platform Strategy: Define a compelling vision and technology product strategy for the overall Finance & Financial Consolidation platforms.

• Product Management: Develop and maintain a product roadmap for finance platforms, such as D365 F&O and Oracle’s FCCS.
• Stakeholder Management: Partner with Finance and other key stakeholders to gather requirements, align priorities, and manage expectations.

• Collaboration: Collaborate with senior cross-functional teams to integrate technology solutions seamlessly into broader operational and financial systems. 

• Development: Work closely with engineering teams and external partners to deliver solutions that meet business requirements.

• Project Management: Accountable for delivery & resourcing the roadmap and initiative commitments. 

• Performance Management: Evaluate and enhance the performance of in-scope finance applications.

• Budget Control: Manage the investment (project) budgets for initiatives.
• Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging trends and technologies in related technology and the release roadmap of our platform’s software. 

Location: Remote – Poland, Hungary, Romania or Czechia.
