Our leading manufacturing client is seeking to appoint a D365FO Project Manager to lead their Supply Chain focused ERP implementation. The programme will cover implementation of D365 ERP across 5 manufacturing sites and 20+ sales subsidiary operations. The role will require regular onsite presence in the Vilnius office and will involve international travel at a later stage.

Key Skills & Experience:  

• Experience in managing D365 implementations in a similar format of global implementation programme, managing multiple parties / external consultants involved etc. would be a plus
• Experienced in managing supply chain operations and previous record of direct responsibility (warehouse, distribution, internal logistics, planning, purchasing, manufacturing)
• Experience in managing change in logistics operations (manufacturing business is a plus)
• Experience in owning ERP or WMS implementation operationally – managing end-to-end from process design to end of hyper care
• Self-driven, strong and structured personality, able to creatively manage complex situations and make decisions based on limited data / understanding. Also happy to work in Teams / project world.

Responsibilities:

• Leading global D365 Supply Chain implementation programme team – PM, BA, technical stream resources (implementation programme resource) and local process owners throughout Design, Build, UAT, Training, Cutover and Hypercare phases
• Owning global Logistics and Procurement process template and balancing it with the right level of localizations where appropriate
• Owning operational change management in Logistics and Procurement areas, as well as cross stream changes
• Ensuring cross stream elements are covered in terms of data preparation and migration, process design, testing, training etc
• Ensuring knowledge transfer at all stages of implementation where local process owners need to be supported in decision making until they finally are up to speed in terms of process understanding
