Our Microsoft Partner client requires a Dynamics CE Tech Lead with strong knowledge and experience in Power Pages, Canvas Apps, Power Automate, JavaScript, Azure function and Logic Apps. This person must be English speaking as well as French or Dutch speaking.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 2 days per week on site in Brussels. It will be an initial 3 month contract with a likelihood of extension.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Provide technical expertise, direction, and leadership to the technical team for a project.
- Define any detailed design documentation required for the scrum team to deliver the user stories and detail where and how any customisation of Dynamics CE is needed to meet client requirements.
- Ensure the detailed design and delivery of the solution meets Microsoft’s best practices.
- Support the detailed design through the SDLC including analysis, design, development, testing, training, deployment and support with stakeholders in security and data governance.
- Leads team in the building of CRM solutions that meets requirements.
- Define the D365 CE development tools and environments.
- Responsible for end-to-end technical assurance, technical governance, technical best practices, the reuse of technical assets, and the assignment of technical work. Responsible for the technical direction of the project.
- Day-to-day management of the technical teams, working closely with the Program/Project Managers to provide information around scheduling, risks, issues, changes, etc.
- Participates in daily leadership calls, and stand-ups, and can outline the performance of the technical team.
- Ensure adherence to appropriate release processes for promoting code between environments.
- Support the design for application and data migration.
- Support estimation and planning.
- Support product demonstrations to senior customer stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
- 7+ years’ experience in implementing Dynamics 365 CE
- Expertise with Microsoft Dynamics CRM development and OOTB modules like Sales & Service along with its integrations/add-ons.
- Experience with Power Platform.
- Experience with power pages, canvas apps, power automate, javascript, Azure function and logic apps etc.
- Good consulting skills
- Logical Data modelling. ERD and mapping logical to physical.
- Demonstrated proficiency in understanding and implementing business workflows and processes.
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment.
- Experience in working with large projects/enterprise customers.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, proactive communicator.
- Strong written communications.
