We’re looking for a D365 F&O Technical Architect to join a manufacturing company that is about to begin an implementation of D365 F&O. In this role, you’ll take the lead on all things technical across their D365 Finance & Operations landscape, from architecture and design to implementation. You’ll be the go-to expert, helping shape the future of their digital transformation.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience in Dynamics 365 F&O delivery.
  •  Experience with the software implementation life cycle in the context of Enterprise Applications.
  •  Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with different and strong personalities.
  •  Strong business and leadership skills.
  •  Demonstrated aptitude to quickly learn business processes.
  •  Strong analytical, technical and organizational skills.
  •  Ability to influence senior-level management and key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical resource for the D365 Project, overseeing the design, implementation, and ongoing management of Dynamics F&O.
  • Work with IT and other stakeholders to plan and execute D365 system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements, staying current with Dynamics F&O updates and best practices.
  • Manage the setup and configuration of Dynamics F&O to support specific business processes, validating alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead technical discussions with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide expert guidance on best practices.
  • Evaluate and execute change requests to ERP extensions.
  • Responsible for application integrations, while ensuring ITSM processes are followed.
  • Proactively mitigate high-impact risks to prevent them from turning into issues and support efforts to manage and resolve critical issues.
  • Identify and recommend new enhancements, process improvements, and software configuration changes to help the business leverage technology to improve and benefit their organization.
