Head of Data – NetSuite, Master Data, Data Governance, Product Data, ERP, Snowflake, Power BI, Data Engineering, Retail, Consumer Goods – London – Hybrid

Our client, a global consumer brand, is undergoing a major Digital Transformation programme, including the implementation and go-live of a NetSuite ERP platform. To support this, they are seeking an experienced Head of Data to lead their data function across Product Master Data, data governance, post–go-live stabilisation, and ongoing optimisation.

This role will sit at the centre of the transformation, owning data quality, structure, and business-as-usual operations across NetSuite and downstream systems. The successful candidate will work closely with Product, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Technology teams to ensure strong data foundations that support seasonal operations and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall ownership of data quality, governance, and stability across NetSuite and integrated systems
• Ownership of Product Master Data structures, item models, and lifecycle management
• Definition and maintenance of data standards, templates, and governance controls
• Leadership of post–NetSuite go-live hypercare, stabilisation, and BAU data operations
• Oversight of Product Master Data operations to support seasonal launches and product changes
• Management of master data intake workflows and coordination across cross-functional teams
• Leadership of data engineering capability, including integrations, pipelines, and reporting
• Oversight of data flows into and out of Snowflake and support for BI and analytics
• Acting as the senior data representative across transformation programmes and governance forums
• Line management, development, and performance management of the Data team

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience leading Data, Master Data, or ERP Data functions
• Strong hands-on experience with NetSuite, including product and ERP data models
• Deep understanding of data governance, data quality, and operational data management
• Experience leading post-go-live ERP stabilisation and BAU data processes
• Exposure to data engineering, integrations, and reporting environments (e.g. Snowflake, Power BI)
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams through change
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, seasonal retail or consumer product environments
• Confident, collaborative, and pragmatic leadership style

Location: London – Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)

Candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
