Our Global organization is looking to hire a new IAM Systems Manager, spurred on by the start of a new Identity Security system. You will be responsible for leading the implementation of this new system and becoming the organisation’s Product Owner of this platform moving forward.

This is a remote-based role; however, the successful person will need to be based in either Poland, Hungary, Romania, Croatia or Bulgaria. Salary will be paid in the respective country’s local currency.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Evolveum Midpoint software, from requirements gathering to design and build to post go live stabilization
• Act as Systems Owner for Ping Identity, integrating customer authentication and identity lifecycle processes
• Work closely with Workforce AD/Entra teams, ensuring consistent identity lifecycle between MidPoint and AD/Entra
• Embed Zero Trust identity principles into all IAM solutions
• Ensure compliance with IS policy, Access Management policy and retention policy alongside GDPR, ISO 270001
• Implement monitoring, alerting and incident response for IAM solutions
• Work closely with Security and DevSecOps teams to ensure IAM applications are free from vulnerabilities
• Develop automation for IAM workflows
• Integrate MidPoint and Ping with REST APIs, SCIM endpoints and business systems

Key Skills & Experience:

• Strong background and experience with Evolveum MidPoint in a large scale, enterprise sized business
• MidPoint configuration, workflows, connectors and automation experience
• Knowledge of Active Directory/EntraID patterns and models
• Ping Identity solutions experience
• Strong understanding of identity protocols
• Experience integrating IAM with HR/ERP systems

Location: Poland, Hungary, Croatia, Bulgaria
