We are looking for an IT/ERP Project Manager responsible for the clear definition and end-to-end delivery of projects from initiation through to deployment. The role requires a qualified practitioner who can manage structured project lifecycles and operate confidently within formal governance frameworks.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified Project Manager with strong experience delivering end-to-end IT projects within formal governance and PMO frameworks. They will be confident managing complex, multi-workstream delivery across matrix and multinational environments, through to successful transition into BAU

This is a remote-based role; however, the successful candidate will need to be based in either Poland, Hungary, Romania or Czechia.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Qualified Project Manager (PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, APM PMQ, or equivalent) with 3+ years’ experience delivering IT or operational projects
• Proven track record managing end-to-end project lifecycles, including transition to BAU
• Strong ability to plan, track, and control scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change across multiple concurrent projects
• Experience working in multinational or matrix organisations with diverse, cross-functional teams
• Confident operating within formal PMO frameworks and governance structures, including reporting and escalation
• Skilled in stakeholder management, translating technical detail into clear, business-focused language
• Proficient in Jira, Microsoft Project, and the wider Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Collaborative, delivery-focused, and able to make evidence-based decisions independently

Responsibilities:

• Deliver IT/ERP projects end-to-end, from initiation through deployment and transition to BAU
• Develop and maintain project plans, monitoring scope, schedule, cost, risk, and quality
• Coordinate workstreams across internal teams, global stakeholders, and third-party partners
• Manage project risks, issues, change, and ensure compliance with PMO governance frameworks
• Prepare and present clear project updates and documentation to senior stakeholders, ensuring operational readiness at handover

Location: Remote – Europe
