Our end user client requires a Lead D365 Supply Chain Consultant. They are implementing D365 F&O across various different parts of the business and are looking for a Lead D365 Supply Chain Consultant with strong advanced warehousing experience to work on and be responsible for designing and delivering their WMS (Warehouse Management System).
This position is based in their Global Head Quarters, in Copenhagen, Denmark. This is a permanent position and is a hybrid role. Successful candidates, should be based in Copenhagen or the surrounding areas.
Key Skills & Experience:
- A total of 8-10 years’ experience across D365FO/AX.
- Strong knowledge and experience working with and implementing WMS within D365.
- A higher educational background within Computer Science, IT, or other relevant fields of study.
- Experience as a Senior Consultant/IT Product Owner or similar role in an IT or supply chain environment.
- Knowledge of supply chain mechanisms and digital tools.
- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate efficiently across teams.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, DevOps).
- Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in managing multiple responsibilities and performing well under tight deadlines.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and you are comfortable communicating with others.
Responsibilities:
- Define, refine and prioritise the product backlog in collaboration with Business Product Owners, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, translating them into actionable user stories.
- Collaborate closely with delivery teams to ensure a shared understanding of features and support the timely rollout of product enhancements.
- Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize functionality and user experience.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all technical aspects of the product, providing guidance and support to the development team.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our solutions remain relevant and innovative.
