An exciting opportunity for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join a leading consultancy specialising in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations and support. You will craft and execute strategic, data‑driven campaigns that boost brand awareness, generate high‑quality leads, and position the company as the ERP partner of choice for mid‑market and enterprise organisations.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related discipline.
  • MBA and/or professional marketing certifications (CIM, Google Analytics, HubSpot) advantageous.
  • Demonstrable success in B2B marketing within technology or ERP sectors; Microsoft Dynamics 365 exposure highly desirable.
  • Strong track record in digital marketing, content creation, and lead‑generation programmes.
  • Deep understanding of B2B demand generation, content marketing, and account‑based marketing (ABM).
  • Hands‑on experience with marketing‑automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social‑media advertising/analytics.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling abilities.
  • Data‑literate with the ability to interpret metrics and present actionable insights.
  • Clear communicator and effective collaborator across virtual teams.
  • Organised, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Results‑oriented and continuously seeking optimisation opportunities.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for events, conferences, and client engagements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns – Plan, build, and execute multichannel, data‑driven campaigns to drive lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Content Creation – Produce and curate content for the website, blog, social media, email, and industry publications.
  • Digital Marketing Optimisation – Deliver SEO, SEM, and social‑media tactics to improve online visibility and audience engagement.
  • Collateral Development – Create case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and brochures that support the sales cycle.
  • Sales Alignment – Partner with Sales & Business Development to ensure marketing activity directly influences pipeline growth.
  • Performance Analysis – Track KPIs, analyse campaign performance, and optimise for higher ROI.
  • External Partnerships – Manage agencies, vendors, and technology partners to maximise execution quality and reach.
  • Industry Engagement – Monitor Microsoft Dynamics 365 market trends to inform messaging and positioning.
  • Event Management – Plan and promote webinars, conferences, and industry events that engage prospects and clients.

Key Stakeholders:

  • Leadership & Business Development – Align marketing efforts with revenue targets and strategic objectives.
  • Internal Project Teams – Collaborate on case studies and showcase successful customer implementations.
  • Technology & Industry Partners – Leverage joint‑marketing opportunities to extend reach and credibility.
