Our client is looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You’ll play a key role in supporting our business systems, with a focus on NetSuite ERP. You’ll work closely with the Operations Lead and other teams to keep their systems running smoothly, resolve day-to-day issues, and contribute to small improvements and process optimisations.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3 + years of hands-on NetSuite administration experience, including saved searches, reporting, configuration, and user access management.
• Comfortable with saved searches, reports and customisation.
• Must be confident on core financials of NetSuite and accountancy terms.
• Exposure to logistics operations and 3PL/WMS systems.
• Strong Excel skills and ability to work with complex datasets.
• Ability to support BAU system operations such as data imports/exports, reconciliation, and system health monitoring.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary NetSuite support resource, managing day-to-day system administration and user queries.
• Maintain system integrity through data imports, exports, reconciliation, and regular health checks.
• Create and optimise saved searches, reports, and custom configurations to support business operations.
• Support finance and operational teams during month-end close and reporting processes.
• Monitor and troubleshoot integrations with third-party systems including ecommerce, fulfilment, or warehouse platforms.
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvement, and system efficiency across business functions.
