Our client is seeking a NetSuite Developer to join their internal team in Spain and drive the evolution of their technology ecosystem during an important stage of consolidation and growth.

This role will focus on designing, developing, and optimising NetSuite solutions that support the company’s financial, logistics, and commercial operations while ensuring scalability, data quality, and integration across the wider technology stack.

This position would suit a NetSuite Developer with strong technical experience who has been involved in NetSuite customisation, integrations, system optimisation, and ERP environments.

This is a Spain-based hybrid position.

Key Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience working with Oracle NetSuite
• Strong experience with SuiteScript 2.x, including scripts and workflows
• Experience developing and maintaining NetSuite customisations
• Experience working with API integrations (REST/SOAP)
• Functional understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Commercial processes
• Analytical mindset with a strong process-oriented approach
• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or similar

Desirable Skills & Experience:

• Experience working within FMCG or food industry environments
• Experience participating in ERP implementation or migration projects
• Knowledge of BI tools, particularly Power BI
• Experience working in high-growth environments

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and develop NetSuite solutions using SuiteScript (2.x) including scripts and workflows
• Build and maintain system customisations aligned with financial, supply chain, and commercial processes
• Prepare and structure data for extraction and consumption in Power BI
• Ensure development best practices, testing, and technical documentation
• Design and implement system integrations via REST and SOAP APIs
• Maintain and enhance the integration between NetSuite and the Delsys production ERP
• Manage integrations with logistics systems, EDI, and Shopify
• Ensure correct synchronisation of master data including SKU, costs, batches, production, and stock
• Collaborate on data architecture to ensure system consistency, traceability, and integrity
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve system performance
• Participate in functional enhancement projects with Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams
• Resolve technical issues and support continuous system improvements
• Ensure the integrity, structure, and governance of master data
• Work with the BI team on data modelling and analytics
