Our client is seeking an experienced and proactive NetSuite Engineer to support the ongoing development, optimisation, and automation of their ERP platform.

This is a critical role in strengthening the finance function, ensuring systems, processes, and controls evolve in line with business needs. You will act as the internal NetSuite expert, driving improvements in workflows, enhancing reporting, maintaining data quality, and supporting robust financial controls across the platform.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Hands-on experience with NetSuite, including configuration, customisation, roles & permissions, SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and workflows
• Strong understanding of finance processes, including Record-to-Report (R2R), Order-to-Cash (O2C), Procure-to-Pay (P2P), and general ledger operations
• Experience supporting ERP implementations, migrations, or system enhancements
• Knowledge of financial modules such as Fixed Assets, Projects, or similar
• Experience with integrations via REST, CSV, SOAP, ODBC, or middleware
• Strong reporting and data skills, including SQL and building dashboards or datasets
• Ability to analyse system changes and maintain accurate financial processes and controls
• Must be fluent in both Polish and English

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support for finance teams, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in core processes (invoicing, journal entries, period-end postings)
• Configure, maintain, and optimise NetSuite financial setups, workflows, and customisations
• Support reporting, data extraction, and analytics for Finance and Management needs
• Assist with ERP implementations, system enhancements, and integrations while maintaining compliance with internal controls
• Act as the internal NetSuite subject-matter expert, driving automation, process improvements, and system stability

Location: Hybrid (2 days a week in Poland)

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
