We are currently recruiting for a driven and motivated NetSuite Financial Systems Support Analyst to join a forward-thinking and expanding organisation. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced NetSuite Administrator or NetSuite Consultant who is looking to further develop their career within a collaborative and international environment.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting users within a NetSuite ERP environment, providing first- and second-line support, and assisting with system configuration and ongoing improvements. Experience working within a customer or stakeholder-facing role is highly desirable, along with the ability to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective system support.

This opportunity offers you the opportunity to further develop your skills across NetSuite administration, system configuration, integrations, and financial systems support, with exposure to wider NetSuite implementations and improvement projects.

This position would suit someone based in the UK, Portugal, Poland, Denmark, Germany or Norway with occasional travel across the EMEA region (typically once per quarter).

Key Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years experience supporting NetSuite
• Must have experience in NetSuite implementations, optimisations and support
• Experience providing first- and second-line ERP support.
• Experience with financial systems, reporting, or integrations is advantageous.
• Exposure to travel or expense systems.

Responsibilities:

• Provide day-to-day support to users within the NetSuite environment.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and system configurations.
• Troubleshoot system issues and escalate complex cases where required.
• Assist with system customisations, workflows, saved searches, and reporting.
• Support data imports, migrations, and ongoing data quality processes.
• Contribute to continuous system improvements and optimisation initiatives.
• Assist with implementation projects, including testing and user support.
• Provide support for travel and expense systems and related integrations.

Location: UK Remote

Candidates must be eligible to work in this country.
